Mr. Wolfert serves as an Associate Broker and Managing Member of Omni. With an extensive background in development and construction, he serves as investment advisor to our private investor client base and guides the equity portfolios.
Having been involved with partnership formation, site selection, development, management, leasing and sales of several million square feet of income producing properties in virtually every type of real estate allows Mr. Wolfert a strong base for offering services to clients.
Mr. Wolfert holds an Arizona Real Estate Broker’s License, and Residential and Commercial General Contractor’s Licenses. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and attended Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Michael H. Folb

Mr. Folb holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Baltimore. He is a CPA and has held an Arizona Real Estate Broker’s License since 1982. He has numerous years of experience providing accounting, business and consulting services in various industries and professions.
Mr. Folb has served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of American Express Tax and Business Services and as a Director of RSM McGladrey, CPA’s in Phoenix, AZ.
Mr. Folb has an extensive background in Real Estate workouts and bankruptcy process. His experience, among other projects, includes a $34M workout and bankruptcy of Western Properties Limited Partnership in addition to serving on the ad-hoc investors’ Committee in 2008 and 2009 for Mortgages Limited, a bankruptcy involving $925M portfolio of first mortgages. In addition, Mr. Folb was engaged in real estate development of multi-family, single-family and office projects as well as property management.
Mary R. Hayes

Ms. Hayes has over 35 years of experience in all phases of property management accounting, including commercial, retail, industrial, residential, homeowners’ associations and construction accounting. She supervises the accounting department and is responsible for the monthly preparation of all financial reports. She works directly with clients and their CPA’s to assure their financial reporting requirements are satisfied.
Ms. Hayes has extensive computer knowledge and is proficient with Skyline Property Management, Windows Office Software, Q&A Database and Word Processing, and QuickBooks.
Ms. Hayes attended Phoenix College and holds an Arizona Real Estate License.
Fritz T. Beesemyer

Mr. Beesemyer serves as a Principal at Omni. He has experience in Arizona investment real estate and is a former Fund Manager/Chairman of the Investment Subcommittee (2005-2007) for The Arizona Public Safety Personnel Retirement System, which has assets valued at over $6.0 billion.
Fritz is also a Principal with Casa Blanca Ventures III, LLC, a private investment partnership with interests in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and stand alone private money investments in real estate. He was also a Senior Vice President in the Media and Telecommunications Group at Oppenheimer and Co., Inc. where he was involved in M&A and private placement transactions for mid-sized media companies.
Mr. Beesemyer has been an Arizona resident since 1984 when he co-founded Citadel Associates LP, an Arizona based partnership with radio stations in the Western United States. Mr. Beesemyer holds a BA from UCLA and is a graduate of The Stanford Executive Program.
Scott Fey, CCIM

Scott is a principal at Omni American, LLC and the 2014 Central Arizona CCIM Chapter President. In addition to his Brokerage practice Scott is also a Partner with Omni Ventures, LLC with responsibilities for developing cash flowing commercial real estate properties in Phoenix and the southwest. Omni Ventures, LLC recently developed two self storage facilities on land holdings controlled by the Partnership. The first facility was constructed in 2011 and sold in 2013 for $6,900,000.00 to CubeSmart© a public REIT. The second self storage facility opened in July of 2013 just south of Gilbert, AZ. The Partnership has numerous additional development projects in the pipeline.
Prior to his real estate career Scott was CEO/President NPR Holdings, LLC a radio broadcast investment firm. Scott founded the company, New Planet Radio, in 1998 while based in San Francisco, CA. Under Scott’s guidance the company, improved and sold over $70,000,000.00 in US radio assets over a ten year time frame.
Specialties: Discovering Investment real estate properties including; land, office buildings, industrial buildings and retail centers for investment partners. Omni American’s various divisions include; brokerage, development, investment and construction. Omni Ventures, LLC recently closed on the purchase of a 178,956 square foot self land parcel in Pinal County, Arizona for the development of the firms third self storage facility.
Scott and his wife Dana J. Lyon live in Paradise Valley, Arizona and part-time in Sun Valley, Idaho. Dana and Scott are avid snow skiers and hikers and enjoy the mountains of central Idaho. Daughter Melinda J. Fey lives in Los Angeles, California and works for BCBG Maxazria Group as a graphic designer. Daughter Sally J. Lake lives in Baltimore, Maryland with her son “Coby” Lake and works for West Liberty Child Development as their Director. Scott was born in Chevy Chase, Maryland just outside of Washington, D.C. and attended the University of Maryland. He holds an Arizona Brokers license and is a CCIM Designee.

Mrs. Martinez received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems from the University Kino in Hermosillo, Mexico and a certificate in Digital Design and Digital Prepress in Mexico City. She is always involved in all our technology projects; from websites and systems to network infrastructure.
She is a bilingual (Spanish) professional and managed a print shop for three years in Mexico. Ivone comes to Phoenix from Hermosillo, Mexico and has lived in Arizona for five years with her husband and sons.

Mr. Schrauth serves as Senior Leasing/Sales Agent, assisting owners in evaluation leasing and the merchandising of the properties. Utilizing his decades of experience, he actively markets the properties, working closely with owners in determining a plan for disposition and/or leasing for the property. His responsibilities include advertising recommendations, recognizing rental trends, qualifying buyers, and maintaining current surveys to ensure the properties perform to the market.
Mr. Schrauth is a multi-million dollar producer in leasing and sales of retail, office, industrial buildings and has successfully represented banks, pension funds, insurance companies, private individuals and trusts in the leasing and sales of their Arizona assets. Lindsey started in Real Estate in 2005, has had over 65 listings at one time, and has transacted over 10 million dollars in her short career.
For a while she focused on distressed assets, listing foreclosed properties that she later sold to investors who continually sought her help in finding new assets in which to invest.
Lindsey discovered a new-found passion in commercial real estate as a result of helping a friend who wanted to start a CrossFit gym. She really enjoyed touring the properties and learned a tremendous amount about the structure of a commercial lease.
Being an investor herself in rehabbing properties, she understands first-hand what a client needs, so Lindsey’s hands-on, passionate approach makes her a valuable asset to the brokerage community.
