Omni American, LLC is pleased to announce that it  has secured a 15 year lease on property owned by Pinnacle 43, LLC located at NEC of Pinnacle Peak & 43^rd Avenue, in Phoenix, AZ.

Kiddie Academy Child Care Learning Centers, a national child care firm headquartered in Abington, MD, will occupy the 8,ooo square foot building to be constructed by Dominion Pacific, LLC.

Representing the owner is Scott Fey & Kernit Rankin of Omni American, LLC.

The tenant’s agent is Scott Hall with Wolf Realty, LLC.
