Omni Self Storage of Gilbert, sold to CubeSmart

Gilbert – CubeSmart L.P. in Wayne, Pa. (NYSE:CUBE, Christopher Marr, CEO) paid $6.9 million ($119.63 per foot) to buy a 57,680-square-foot self storage project at 3467 E. Queen Creek Road in Gilbert. The seller was Omni Self Storage of Gilbert LLC in Phoenix (Fritz Beesemyer, Ron Wolfert, Michael Folb, Scott Fey, principals of Omni Ventures, LLC). The 460-space facility was 85 percent occupied at closing. The Gilbert property, which had been operated as Omni Self Storage of Gilbert, will now be part of the CubeSmart chain. The publicly-traded company has more 12,000+ self storage locations across the U.S. The seller developed the Gilbert self storage facility in 2011.

Omni hires 2 new Leasing and Sales Agents

Mr. Peltcs had been in the commercial landscaping wholesale/retail nursery business for almost 30 years.

In 1986 he developed a thriving 36 acre wholesale/retail tree farm. Always having an affinity for development in 2005 he took his property thru the entitlement to 12 acres commercial and 24 acres of custom residential lots.

In 2006 he realized we were heading towards a major economic downturn and listed the property with a commercial broker. This company did not perform to his expectations so he decided to market the property himself and within a few months had four active offers. He sold the property in 2007, and decided to become a Commercial Agent. Mr. Peltcs specializes in the Sales and Leasing of commercial investment properties.

The Med acquired by Garnett Capital (AZ) Corp.

The Seller Reliable Management, was represented by Gregory Guglielmino with Marcus & Millichap.

The Med is Professionally Managed by Omni American, LLC.

 

Kiddie Academy (R) signed 15 year Lease

Kiddie Academy Child Care Learning Centers, a national child care firm headquartered in Abington, MD, will occupy the 8,ooo square foot building to be constructed by Dominion Pacific, LLC.

St. Francis Restaurant (owned by Cannons Cookery, LLC) has opened its 3,769 restaurant within the St. Francis District in Phoenix. 24,000-Square-Foot Office Sells for 2.05 Million

TEMPE, ARIZ. — Phoenix-based Lakeshore Group has acquired Lakeshore Plaza, an office property located at 4801 S. Lakeshore Dr. in Tempe. Pardi Properties sold the property for $2.05 million. Matt Schrauth of Omni American represented the buyer; Steve Gonzalez and Rich Butler of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller in the deal.
