24,000-Square-Foot Office Sells for 2.05 Million

TEMPE, ARIZ. — Phoenix-based Lakeshore Group has acquired Lakeshore Plaza, an office property located at 4801 S. Lakeshore Dr. in Tempe. Pardi Properties sold the property for $2.05 million. Matt Schrauth of Omni American represented the buyer; Steve Gonzalez and Rich Butler of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller in the deal.
